Program Policies.

The following policies apply to all Studio Lite and Studio Pro weekly subscription services.

• Lesson scheduling: Once your weekly lesson time is assigned it is fixed — that day and time is yours every week. Lesson times are assigned after registration is complete and payment has been received.
• Missed lessons: If you miss your scheduled weekly lesson, that session is forfeited. Lessons cannot be made up, rescheduled, or credited. Your assigned time is held for you regardless of whether you attend.
• Monthly lesson count: Some months have three lessons and some have five, depending on the calendar. Planned breaks include Thanksgiving week, the week between Christmas and New Year’s, and a one-week summer break in August. This balances out over the course of the year and is already factored into your monthly subscription rate.
• The Studio Room: All active subscribers receive complimentary access to the seasonal Studio Room — a group class on Zoom where students share work, receive feedback from Michael, and perform in front of fellow studio students. The Studio Room is offered a few times per year. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Occasional surprise guest artists may be featured. The Studio Room is a bonus benefit and is not a substitute or makeup for missed private lessons.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice sent to info@lambtheatricals.org. No refunds are issued for the notice period.
• No refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. No refunds are offered if a subscriber chooses not to book or attend lessons in a given month. No transfers or credits are offered in exchange for unused subscription time.

After lessons/coachings begin: Because of the nature of our programs, once lessons or coachings begin no refunds or transfers will be issued in any amount. Plan carefully before committing — no exceptions can be made.

Before lessons/coachings begin: Refunds are only issued when Lamb Studios must cancel a program. If a refund or transfer is issued before a program begins, an administrative fee of $25 per private coaching or $50 per participant registration will be deducted. Refund and transfer requests will be charged the appropriate administrative cost per occurrence.

Future credits: Should a customer request a future credit for an upcoming session and then decide to cancel at a later date, the above administrative fees apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount. No exceptions.

Multiple transfers: If a customer transfers to more than two programs within the same registration payment period and then requests a refund, no refund in any amount will be issued.

Canceled group programs: If a group program is canceled due to low registration, full refunds will be issued upon notification of the cancellation.

Refunds are not offered for missed lessons or coachings due to personal conflicts, illness, or any other personal reason.

It is the student’s or parent’s sole responsibility to keep track of their scheduled lesson day and time. Refunds will not be issued for lessons missed because a student forgot their scheduled appointment — including cases where the entire program was missed due to personal negligence.

Lamb Studios will not be held financially responsible or issue refunds, credits, or transfers for any participant who fails to attend due to personal schedule conflicts or failure to note their appointment.

Lamb Theatricals LLC (“LT”) reserves the right to dismiss from its programs and classes any person whose actions or attitude are deemed detrimental to LT or to other participants. All fees are forfeited upon dismissal — refunds will not be given for any participant removed from a program for disciplinary reasons.

Any participant who is misbehaving will be warned once and the incident will be reported to the parent or guardian that day. If a second incident occurs, the participant will be removed from the program without refund.

From time to time LT will offer coupon codes or discounts on various programs and services. These discounts are in most cases time-specific. Coupons and discounts not applied at the time of checkout cannot and will not be applied to past, present, or future LT purchases. No exceptions.

By opting into SMS communications from Lamb Studios, you agree that LT is not liable for any text message rates or fees billed to you by your mobile carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

Lamb Studios communicates with students and families primarily via email at info@lambtheatricals.org. It is the student’s or parent’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check their inbox and spam folder regularly for important communications regarding scheduling, cancellations, and studio updates.

Lamb Theatricals LLC and their officers, partner companies, Lamb Studios, Performing Arts Programs, its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and agents are referred to as “LT” in this section.

The undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and the Participant(s) (the “Releasors”), hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue LT with respect to any and all liability to the Releasors, their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns for any loss or damage and any claim or demands thereof, on account of injury to person or property, including death, whether caused by the negligence of LT or otherwise, while the Releasors are engaged in any LT program or class, without regard to location.

The foregoing waiver of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion of such waiver is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full force and effect. By participating in or attending any Lamb Studios service, the undersigned agrees to all policies, the liability release and waiver, and all other terms and conditions set forth on this page.

The undersigned certifies that the Participant(s) is in good health with no condition, illness, or abnormality which might subject the Participant(s) to undue personal risk from engaging in performing arts activities. In the event of any emergency requiring medical care, LT is authorized to obtain whatever medical treatment it deems necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.

By registering for any Lamb Studios program, the undersigned grants LT permission to photograph and/or video record the Participant(s) during lessons, classes, performances, and studio events. These images and recordings may be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes across LT’s digital platforms and websites. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at info@lambtheatricals.org prior to your first session.

By registering for any Lamb Studios or Lamb Theatricals LLC program, service, or subscription, the undersigned acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all of the policies set forth on this page. This agreement applies to the registrant and all participants named in the registration.
