Program Policies

Liability Release:

Lamb Theatricals LLC and their officers, partner companies, Lamb Studios, Performing Arts Programs Studio, its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and agents are referred to as "LT" in this paragraph. The undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and the Participant(s) (the "Releasors"), hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue LT with respect to any and all liability to the Releasors, their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns for any loss or damage and any claim or demands thereof, on account of injury to person or property, including death, whether caused by the negligence of LT or otherwise, while the Releasors are in or about any premises, facilities, or equipment used for the program/classes or while the Releasors are engaged in any LT program or class, without regard to location.


 The foregoing waiver of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and if any portion of such waiver is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full force and effect.

By participating or attending any of our workshops, instructional services, or performances, the undersigned agrees to all of our policy and liability release/waiver and the other terms and conditions set forth above.

Refund Policies after Program Begins:

Because of the short nature of the program(s), once programs/coachings begin, no refunds/transfers will be issued in any amount. Plan before you commit and sign up carefully! To be fair to everyone - no exceptions can be made.


Refund Policies before Lessons/Coachings Begin:

Refunds for all Lessons/Coachings will only be issued when we have to cancel the program. Refunds/Transfers are provided before program(s) begin, minus $25 per private coaching registered for and/or minus $50 per each participant/registration for private lessons when a refund or transfer to another program is issued. Please note: Refund/Transfer requests will be charged the appropriate administrative costs per occurrence. Should a customer request a future credit for an upcoming session program and then decide at a later date to cancel, the above administrative fees per occurrence and child (participant) would be applicable and applied to the refunded amount (no exceptions). If a customer decides to transfer to more than two programs within the same given registration payment and then decides after doing so to request a refund, no refund in any amount will be issued.


Refund for Subscription Services:

No refunds are offered once someone signs up for subscription services so please book accordingly. No refunds are offered if a customer chooses not to book any coaching in a given month. No transfers or refunds for other services are offered in exchange for not using the subscription service. Subscription services can be canceled at any time by notifying Lambarts@gmail.com prior to 48 hrs of your monthly renewal date. No email reminders will be sent to remind you that you signed up for subscription services.


Refund Policies for Canceled Group Program:

If a program is canceled due to low registration, full refunds will be issued upon notification of the canceled program (Refunds for all programs will only be issued when we have to cancel the program).


 Refund for Disciplinary Action Policy:

LT may dismiss from its programs and classes any person whose actions or attitude are deemed detrimental to LT or other participants, with all fees forfeited. Refunds will not be given for a participant removed from a program for disciplinary reasons. Any participant that is misbehaving will be warned once and the incident will be reported to the parent that day. The participant will be removed if there is another incident after that without refund.


Missing Classes/Days:

Refunds are not offered for various misses throughout the session for lessons/coachings due to personal conflicts or sickness. The undersigned understands that LT may dismiss from its programs and classes any person whose actions or attitude are deemed detrimental to LT or other participants, with all fees forfeited. *It is a customer's sole responsibility to remember the dates/times of the appointments that they are registered to attend. Refunds will not be issued in any amount, prorated or transferred to other children's classes/programs of LT for any participants who do not attend because they forgot the day, dates, and time of their specific program.

Personal Schedules:

LT will not be held financially responsible or issue refunds/credits/transfers in any amount to a customer for not keeping track of the day, times, and dates of the given program, even if this means that the customer has missed the whole program due to their personal negligence.


Weather Conditions Policies for in person programs:

LT will place a ticker on its homepage with cancellation updates as soon as possible and attempt to email customers (No phone calls will be made). LT cannot be responsible for a customer not checking their email or providing a valid email address or not checking their spam folder or our website should weather conditions be logically questioned. LT will attempt to schedule the makeup class on the same day and time one, two, and no later than three weeks after the last class was initially scheduled.


Coupons Codes and Discount offerings:

From time to time, LT will offer customers coupon codes for discounts off various programs. These discounts are in most cases time-specific. Coupons and Discounts not taken at the time of checkout cannot and will not be applied to past/present or future LT offerings.

Our SMS (Text Message) Policies:

By signing up for SMS (text messages) and opting into our SMS option, you agree that LT is not liable for any text message rates or fees that may be billed to you by your cellphone provider. If you want to discontinue using this service, You can opt out and discontinue receiving SMS (Text messages) from us at any time by responding to any text from us by typing the word STOP.


Liability Release; Emergency Medical Treatment: Photos and Videos:

Lamb Theatricals LLC, their officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and agents are referred to as "LT" in this paragraph. The undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her minor children named in the above online registration form who is/are being registered for a program/classes (the "Participant(s)"),  the undersigned certifies that the Participant(s) is in good health with no condition, illness, or abnormality which might subject the Participant(s) to undue personal risk from engaging in such activities. In the event of any emergency requiring medical care, LT is authorized to obtain whatever medical treatment it deems necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.

The undersigned on behalf of himself/herself and the Participant(s) (the "Releasors") hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue LT with respect to any and all liability to the Releasors, their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns for any loss or damage and any claim or demands thereof, on account of injury to person or property, including death, whether caused by the negligence of LT or otherwise, while the Releasors are in or about any premises, facilities, or equipment used for the program/classes or while the Releasors are engaged in any LT program or class, without regard to location.
